Entertain your guests with Jatz, deliciously wrapped in bacon and barbecued on a Weber Q. They're sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients List

  • Arnott's Jatz
  • Cheddar Cheese slices
  • Sliced pickles
  • Streaky bacon

Instructions

  1. Prepare barbecue for indirect cooking using high heat (220°C-260°C). If using a Weber Q, set up your barbecue with a convection tray and trivet. Preheat barbecue.
  2. Place cheese and pickles between 2 Jatz. Wrap Jatz sandwich in streaky bacon, trimming if required, place on the barbecue with the join of the bacon facing down to keep the bacon secure.
  3. Roast over indirect high heat, with the lid down, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is starting to melt and bacon is browning.
