Instructions
- Prepare barbecue for indirect cooking using high heat (220°C-260°C). If using a Weber Q, set up your barbecue with a convection tray and trivet. Preheat barbecue.
- Place cheese and pickles between 2 Jatz. Wrap Jatz sandwich in streaky bacon, trimming if required, place on the barbecue with the join of the bacon facing down to keep the bacon secure.
- Roast over indirect high heat, with the lid down, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is starting to melt and bacon is browning.
