Entertain your guests with Jatz mini burgers. They're delicious topped with a beef patty barbecued on a Weber Q. They're sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients List

  • Beef mince
  • Iceberg lettuce, cut into small pieces
  • Burger cheese, cut into quarters
  • Pickles, sliced into rounds
  • Burger sauce
  • Arnott's Jatz

Instructions

  1. Prepare and preheat the barbecue for cooking using direct high heat (250°C-290°C).
  2. Shape the mince into patties, make the patty a bit wider in diameter than Jatz as the mince will shrink.
  3. Once the barbecue has preheated, place the mince patties onto the grill. Grill over direct high heat for 2 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. When there is one minute left of cooking time, top with a small slice of burger cheese.
  5. To make the mini burger place a small piece of lettuce, top with meat patty and cheese, top with a pickle, a dollop of burger sauce and top with another Jatz.
