Entertain your guests with Jatz, deliciously topped with barbecued sausage and onion. They're sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients List

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2-3 brown onions, thinly sliced
  • Thin beef sausage
  • Arnott's Jatz

Instructions

  1. Prepare barbecue for direct cooking using medium-high heat (210°C-250°C). Preheat barbecue with a barbecue-safe frying pan.
  2. Coat onions in oil. Once the barbecue has preheated, add the onions to the pan. Close the lid of the BBQ, cook over direct-medium-high heat for 15 minutes, checking and stirring the onions until softened.
  3. In the meantime, place sausages onto grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Remove sausages, rest for a few minutes, then slice on the diagonal.
  4. Place a slice of sausage onto a Jatz and top with caramelized onions.
